White Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Nut and Cranberry Cookies
These are so good you won't be able to stop eating them.
White Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Nut and Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries (about 6 ounces)
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (about 8 1/2 ounces)
1 cup coarsely chopped roasted salted macadamia nuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Grease with butter or line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
sift first 3 ingredients into a medium bowl.
Using a mixer, beat butter until fluffy.
Add the sugars and beat until blended.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Add vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until blended.
Stir in cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts.
Drop by heaping Tablespoons onto prepared sheets. spacing 2" apart.
Bake for about 18 minutes until just golden brown.
